Your Patient Representative

Your patient representative is a confidential liaison between you and the medical center, appointed to act on your behalf to help facilitate solutions to patient problems, concerns and other needs. The patient representative is available 8 am to 4 pm weekdays and 2 to10 pm some evenings and weekends by dialing ext. 5443 or dial "0" for the operator.
