With a medical staff of more than 550 physicians, Condell Medical Center offers convenient means for finding a doctor that is right for you! Click on Find A Doctor to research the physicians on Condell's medical staff. Here you can enter search criteria, request a referral or link to a physician’s website.Caregiving/Living Assistance
Home Health Care: Provides intermittent, skilled nursing services, along with physical, speech and occupational therapies, medical social work services and certified nurses' aides for those recovering from illness at home.Home Medical Equipment: Provides medical equipment to the patient's home. Service includes selection, delivery, setup, instruction and maintenance.
Home Pharmacy: Provides and delivers prescribed medications, supplies and devices to the patient's residence as ordered by the physician.
Hospice: Provides palliative and supportive care for individuals in the final stages of a terminal illness and emotional support for the friends and family.

Condell Day Center for Intergenerational Care provides all-day care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old, (Child Day Care), elders (Elder Day Services) and adults over 18 years old in need of outpatient rehab services (Dayhab).
Classes, Seminars and Support Groups
Condell Health Network offers a variety of educational classes, seminars and specialized support groups to the community. In addition to the well-known Women's Pearl of Health lecture series, Condell Health Network offers specialized classes for grandparents as well as yoga and tai chi classes. Condell also offers a wide range of supportive and educational self-help and support groups such as the "Looking Up" bereavement support group and the Widowed Outreach Network. Responsive to current health needs, Condell Medical Center is dedicated to the fitness and wellness of the community members offering complete lab testing, X-rays, CT, MRI and PET scans at the main hospital in Libertyville.In-house X-ray and laboratory services are also available at Condell's four Condell Immediate Care, in addition to blood pressure, fecal hemocult and cholesterol screenings, physicals, mammograms and occupational health services. Condell Immediate Care are conveniently located throughout Lake County and offer late-hour availability 365 days a year.
