Scheduling a Lab Test

If your physician has ordered a lab test for you, call our outpatient registration department to schedule your appointment.

IMPORTANT! Condell's Laboratory requires a written order by your physician for lab tests. Either your physician can fax us the order or you can bring in the written order at the time of your appointment.

Please note, the results of your lab test are forwarded to your physician. Your physician will contact you to discuss the results and schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary.
