Location

Adjacent to Condell Medical Center, the Condell Day Center is located at 700 Garfield Avenue in Libertyville, Illinois. The Condell Medical Center is located at the southwest corner of the Condell Campus. See attached map for further directions.

Days and Hours of Operation

    Adult Day Services
    Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 6 pm

    Child Day Care
    Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 6 pm

Holidays

The Center is closed for the following six holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

 A Fine Day In May

Beneath the arbors, the colorful roses grow.
We pick and collect them for the people we know. We sit on the porch and watch the gentle rain showers fall.As we wait for the rainbow, it’s a treat for us all; the children venture out to jump and play.They splash in the puddles on a fine day in May.
